The flight experience is a 5/5. Josh and the team are incredibly friendly and professional and make for a very fun paragliding adventure. I would highly recommend going out with them! I went from Moffat beach but there are plenty of sites available to choose from :) The only problem I encountered was communication beforehand and I list the following just to help others making bookings now: I booked a month before my chosen date and received automated confirmation however this didn’t seem to actually get through to the team and my booking was almost missed. The phone number supplied is currently out of service and booking system is being upgraded. Best way to ensure a stress free booking is to go directly to their office, the team are very helpful and will make sure everything goes to plan (the Google address not their website one!) Thanks team, hope to come flying again!

STAY AWAY THIS IS A SCAM. I don’t know if these people stoped their business and forgot to close shop or what. I booked a paragliding for my partners birthday at rainbow beach. Had to wake up at 4AM and drive 3 hours for a no show. All their contacts are dead and now I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. What a waste, stay away!!!!

Finally a fortnight short of 6 months finally got reimbursed for the video we never received. It certainly took the edge off a great experience. Hoping to fly again with a different group. Advised them by text that I will be going through Fair Trade to be reimbursed for the video we will never receive and still no reply. Collected the forms today to take this further. The longer being ignored the more angry I'm becomming. 3 months gone and still no news since we were last promised on March 4 that the video of my husband's flight would be followed up. Apparently their reviews are never revised either!!! I repeat. Do not waste your money on a video package. You will never get it. 2 months in now - flight was Jan4 and still waiting on news of the film from the day. Will let you know in a month if we've heard anything - even news on a refund for the media package would be something. Think twice before paying the extra. Unfortunately since I originally posted this review, 6 weeks on and I am still trying to obtain the media package purchased. Cannot even get a response about it even with confirming the email address last month. Well that certainly started something yesterday, like lessons and a licence in the future. Bought hubby a 40 minute tandem flight at Rainbow Beach for his 68th birthday and he was beyond smitten. Thanks so much Greg and his pilot Josh for making the experience beyond expectation and thanks also to all the support crew who's close knit relationship didn't go un noticed or appreciated. He was talking in his sleep about it all night.

I had such an incredible tandem flight with Rowan up in Maleny. SEQ did a great job in making sure I was able to fly the site I wanted to but also offered plenty of other options when the weather wasn’t cooperating there. For me, it was worth the wait. Rowan made the flight both comfortable and exciting, teaching me about what he was doing and even giving me a go at steering with his guidance. That flight was a great intro to the sport and already has me daydreaming about lessons in the future. Thanks for the amazing experience, SEQ!
